@jon and team - just a quick note to say my copy of the printer arrived today and my first impressions are very much exceeded, parts look totally professional, would update the pics in the store as the product looks superior than the plexiglas version. Also packaging is very well done, nice touch with the graphics and arrows on the boxes. Can't wait to assemble it with my 5yr old daughter tomorrow. Well done, am already convinced it was totally worth the wait ;)

@Craig - The production time is around 8 weeks, at the moment. The shipping time depends on the method used.

In my case my Order ID is 549 paid in late 2012...

Still no printer.

@Luis - I think you have received it if you order ID is 549. Otherwise, you may not have converted your order over to the final store. Please log in to the store and check on the status. If there is still a question, please email customer_support@makible.com rather than post here, so we can help you directly.

@Luis - Please contact customer_support@makible.com so that they can help you with this. Depending on your market, there are shipping options that have a first leg that is consolidated and then a second leg that is direct. For these, we found that the reference number we were given for the shipment isn't the final tracking number. If it is marked as In Transit, it means that it has physically been handed over to the shipper and it is on the way.

Cool just sharing a message I got from CS: on the G+ Page, Jon said they were working on the July/August printers. Being a June order, I reached out because that sounds like i would have been skipped.

"Actually we changed our production mode, we arrange order by batch to shorten the production time and increase the qty, it works.
Recently we are about to complete the HT batch and will start the LT batch (inc. yours) soon.
Your order will be ready by April, you will receive shipment notification as soon as it is being shipped."

Sounds good, this is just the first time that was clearly stated.
