It's almost exactly that.
It's a penrose triangle made of cubes.
I believe it was this exact item: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6513

Hey Chris,
please don't stop posting here, as it is a positive island in a sea of complaints, but if you need help get over to +makibot users, where the only discussion is about using or improving the makibox.
Everything else is deleted. (On Google plus, obviously)

At the moment Susan is working almost entirely.
There's little to report besides I'm almost constantly printing things whilst not at work.
I tried a 5 hour print yesterday, although it failed 3 hours in due to a chunk of support structure becoming dislodged. I knew I should have added pritt-stick & a brim.
I'm finding the decreased height annoyingly limiting. The current task is to create the hand to go with those fingers for my IronMan costume. That 5 hour print was going to be the knuckles & upper palm section. From what printed I realised it was going to be too small & I'm not sure how much larger I can scale it whilst keeping it inside Susan's print area
Also, despite having the z-axis de-wobbler thing, I do find most prints shift a little about 5mm in.
It might just be that's how long it takes before I forget the print is running & accidentally knock it.
Regarding filament I've now got the rolls I ordered with my MakiBox:
Orangey red, Yellow, Blue & Black.
I've also got the filaments I ordered on eBay:
Tardis Blue, Red & Gold.
Then I also have some more on the way, again ordered on eBay.
Silver & Transparent.

on the fan thing - I think you're probably only about an hour drive away.
I've got big pc fans by the dozen if you want any more.
Lovig all the cool complicated stuff you're printing.
That triangle thing that prints flat but looks like 3d triangular mobius strip is amazing :thumb:
I soooooo want a 3d printer - but probably starting a new business soon - so if the makibox doesn't turn up I can't afford anything else at the moment, all money earmarked. .

Thanks for the offer aardvark, but I'm fine with the big fan. It's pretty warm at the moment, so it comes in handy for keeping the flat cool whilst printing
Just printed all the parts for a second MK1 IronMan arc reactor (the one he makes in the cave).
This time I've done it in the right colours as my variety of filament has extended enough.

Now just waiting on a delivery of LEDs so I can assemble it properly & wire it all up.

Little bit of handy progress

Took 3 attempts (plus two failed prints) at getting the knuckle section the right size, which isn't fun at 5 hours a go.
Luckily now that's done, I can make the other hand parts to the correct scale ^_^
